DPA are delighted to have been able to secure planning permission for the remodelling and extending of a 1950s bungalow on behalf of our client. This rural dwelling was crying out for a refresh as the layout didn’t work for 21st Century living.

Our client approached us with the goal of transforming the property into a spacious family home. Their vision included raising the existing roof to create a storey and a half, providing additional accommodation in the roof space. This new space is designed to house a master bedroom with an en-suite and dressing area, along with two additional bedrooms, also with en-suite facilities.

The design will create a bright, modern and spacious family home which DPA are proud to have achieved, and look forward to seeing the project taking shape over the coming months.

As part of the planning process DPA were also able to help our client to successfully navigate the complexities of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).
